Great Value
As a former 7D Mark I user I have only one complaint. The controls have changed and I have to relearn how to use it...

Ouch!
If you take this product before bedtime, which a lot of people do because it helps them sleep, you will wake up with a big headache. It helps you sleep alright but you'll feel miserable in the morning

Works!
My hair stopped falling out, BUT, if I take the recommended amount, my skin breaks out. I only take half.
