Great!! Real workouts and classes with real results!!
I wanted a product that would help me tone up after having my third child and with no time to go to a gym I thought why not try one of the fitness games. I am so glad I got fit in six. It has many different workouts (unlike a workout dvd which usually only have a couple). You enter info about yourself like height weight age etc. You can even pick a goal(there are a few different onesyou can choose) and it will show you certain workouts and classes (pilates and yoga are a couple of the classes) that pertain to your goal. It also has dancing classes which can help you forget sometimes that your exercising. The first day after doing some of the workouts I could feel it in my abs,arms, and bum. The playstation move part isn't the best though. It is very easy to "cheat" and score points but you are really only cheating yourself if you do that. As for comparing it to other fitness games, I have never tried any others but I also don't plan it since I like this one so much.
