So far so good
2 of 2 found this helpful The battery worked. It turned on and charges. Whether or not it is truly an OEM battery is impossible to tell at this point, way too early. The rest of the kit worked perfectly. Changing the battery in an iPhone is tricky and nerve wracking, considering the consequences if you do it wrong...especially when it is a work phone.
The good. The tools provided worked perfectly.
The neutral. No instructions or tips. No big deal as there are numerous videos online. I suggest heating the back of the phone a little bit with a hair dryer to soften the OEM glue strips holding the original battery in place. A little bit! Too much and you won't be able to hold it and worse could wreck the connections.
The bad. No magnifying glass included. This would be especially helpful in getting the tiny connectors back into place. I suggest using it if you have one. Also, a set of pointy anti-static tweezers should be included in this set. Especially helpful if you drop a tiny screw or for placement of connectors.
Suggestions: Again - Heat the back a bit with a hair dryer. Use a magnifying glass if you have one, to reassemble. Double sided tape for adhering the new battery. Keep the tiny screws from disassembly somewhere safe and easily accessible. And take time to remember which goes where, to save time for reassembly. Test the power before closing the screen completely.

Fantastic product that does exactly what it is supposed to do.
So far everything is great with this machine. My mother received a Keurig Platinum for her birthday, and this cuisinart works nearly identical. The one real nice thing that I have, that her Keurig didn't seem to have...is the Cuisinart has a built-in compartment to house the "Brew-your own" coffee filter, whereas the Keurig's didn't. (At least that she noticed.) Nonetheless, this machine works great.
The only complaint I have is, I am not a coffee drinker, and I can only drink so much hot chocolate, tea, or hot apple cider...so for this to be running and on all the time to constantly heat the water is a huge waste of electricity. We'll see how much my electric bill goes up...

Works perfectly!

You can't leave the unit in the on position, so when the timer turns on, the unit will not until you manually press the button. Not a big deal. The fact that it automatically shuts off when out of water is awesome. I'll take auto shut off over our big unit that could burn out if we forget to shut it off in the morning.
