Although there were some snafu's with EBAY to cancel the order, the seller maintained excellent communication and sorted out the refund in expeditious fashion. Although the delay obtaining this product was burdensome, my experience with this seller was only positive.

  First I ordered an item. Then all of a sudden seller cancelled showing they were on vacation. No communication. Then I ordered again when they supposedly were back from vacation. I message seller and no response. After a period of time I requested to cancel. no response. put in request to cancel. waited. refused. still no communication. Finally past the date I should receive the item I put in did not receive complaint. waited and waited. Finally a refund. terrible seller. W T F

  The ceiling support arrived today in its original carton, undamaged, and in the Sellers estimated arrival time.
