Excellent, and I want to say "must have" for SDR dongle.

It arrived turbo fast, affordable price, fits perfectly into dongle (R820T and other DVB-T/SDR by NooElec), and allow connecting any SMA connector (or RP-SMA, I am still confused about this RP, or "reverse polarity" stuff).

Really good batteries and charger.

Amazing thing. It has charge indicator on it (4 LEDs). It has USB output 5V, it has another output (not sure the name of it). Charger and battery easy to use - no problems of any kind. Note that batteries are heavy (350 grams each). I am using those batteries on my key and fill light without problem. Great value.

Excellent up-converter.

Excellent upconverter. Low noise and very efficient. I can see frequencies all the way from zero Hertz, although there should be filtering due to power line interferences. Just pay extra for metal casing - it will save your day preventing accidental mechanical damage and avoiding stray frequencies.
