don't buy a replacement remote that does not have the LG logo - these are not equivalent
this remote works like my original LG

an improved pump
I have just installed this pump which replaced a 3.5lpm pro blaster. The motor is physically larger and the pump component is changed. Also, the mounting bracket has changed so it was necessary to drill new holes for mounting. I like the much larger filter but if you have a tight fit with the older pro blaster you may have to do some work to make the fit. Otherwise, I think this a much improved pump vs.the previous version.
