I messaged twice to find out why my purchase had not arrived and he wasn't super responsive. Then he made excuses, blaming his "shippers" (LOL) and his disabled family. He blamed me for not being understanding. Don't be an ebay seller if your life makes it impossible to provide good service. Lamp is beautiful. I got a good price. It was shipped in box filled with old clothes, socks. After two weeks eBay customer service issues refund after seller fails to provide tracking number. No communication from seller. Have fun waiting for your item that never arrives but you can buy item from another seller eventually using refund.
