exactlly as described is a good mic i am using it works good has a nice internal layout if i want to convert it to a diffrent radio that isnt compatable easy to solder it up inside the mic if i need to its on a older cobra 29 40 ch works right as is from factory this astatic 636L noice cancling mic.
