Locked out of being able to download essential programs
Can’t unlock the computer to download my MS program. As an author this makes me very unhappy. I’ve even changed my Apple password but the computer keeps telling me I’m unauthorized to do so. It won’t accept my user name either though when I go to system preferences everything is correct. It’s making my blood pressure go up.
EDITED: discovered the secret to it, but it would have been much easier if there was a piece of paper inside package explaining what you did.
