In the description it was marked as a new item. I contacted the seller before making the purchase and he assured me that the statue had never been taken out of its box. When it arrived it was missing a piece and the protection papers were also missing. Then for the return I paid the shipping costs and the seller did not want to take care of the shipping costs, inventing the excuse that the piece did not come with the statue when it is a piece that comes with all the units of this version.

Bonjour, nous avons consulté l edtiteur de la statue bandai qui nous confirme que la piece n est pas fourni, on voit d ailleur clairement sur votre photo que cette piece ne fait pas partie du package, statue revendue depuis et aucun probleme avec le client qui en est tres satisfait et qui nous confirme que la statue est complete

Somewhere between neutral and positive, mixed. Item arrived Jan 3rd, I guess delayed by seasonal posting volume, & maybe Customs. Item comes in its own nice box, this got squashed in transit. Contents undamaged, so not serious but better packaging would have helped. This was the item I had to re-order after seller cancelled first order in some difficulty accepting the delivery address (France to UK).
