A modern slasher exploitation movie at its finest!
While technically Art the Clown and his brutal mayhem is the only reason to watch this -- the atmosphere and practical effects are other reasons. If you're tired of tween ghost stories and slashers that don't deliver, give this one a shot! This is hands down the best modern slasher I've seen. It beats all of them.

A horror classic with plenty of charm.
It's great! One of my favorites. It is a required to already be a fan of horror and comedy. And great gore and practical effects. Although, some of it is pretty cheesy. I do prefer the 1st, though.
