Lenovo 03T8898 3.5" SAS/SATA HD Tray plus and minuses

The trays are a great fit with the exception of the tab spring which sticks out of the side. The spring sticks out too far and can hang-up/jam on the hole in the HD back-plane preventing easy removal. They can be reformed to not stick out as much and then work perfectly. The stock screws which hold the plastic latch-plate seem to be too short. The holes stripped of one unit.
