    Everything is exactly as described. I got my best offer accepted, which gave the purchase a good value. Then the shipping was super fast. The computer arrived in a timely manner and well packaged in bubble wrap. Unfortunately, the aluminum back handle of the computer case got broken during shipping. Customer service was super nice and offered to send me a replacement for free. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. 10 out of 10 rating !!

    Drives were shipped promptly, arrived quickly and in excellent packaging. Top and bottom of the package had bubble wrap padding, each drive was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and contained in a sealed anti-static bag. Price was excellent, SMART data was clean as described, no errors.

    I genuinely appreciate this vendor as even though I made a mistake, they were accommodating and patient as it was the first time I dealt with a situation where I had bundled items and thus could not cancel to my surprise. Highly recommend dealing with. I have never had a product that did not come as advertised and worked, even if they are more expensive (which they are quite competitive in pricing to buy within Canada), worth every penny for their support even after post-sale
