  Lovely Elk chocolate holder, very nicely made and good quality. Sadly, it was broken in transit and needed better packaging to protect it. Contacted seller who resolved issue immediately in less than 24 hours, so good customer service - thanks. I would recommend this item, BUT it does need to have better protection as it was vulnerable to damage the moment it left the seller.

  This seller is unethical! The item is falsely advertised! It says it includes a guidebook but what I was sent does not! I emailed the seller prior to make sure that what was in the photo was the item I would receive but it was not and yet, e-bay has not refunded my money! They're not upholding the guarantee to receive what you ordered or to get your money back! It's completely unacceptable I'm being forced to waste more of my precious time packaging this item to mail it back!
