    Device was well packed, super clean and had everything that was shown on the web site. It was listed as having a new epson bulb. don't know how I'd verify that but it's working. Can't rate the seller on how well he responds to a service issue since I haven't had any but he was very prompt when UPS decided to hold the unit in their warehouse . He got right on it and it came the next day.

    Good delivery, though packaging wasn't exactly to the part. Some risk of damage didn't happen, but was a little loose in the box. Remote was sent separately, arrived 1 day after, though everything arrived on time. Product works fine. Missing some mounting screws, but can't argue with a new bulb. Good seller generally.
