Item was listed as "New". The CPU I received was NOT new. the tamper seal on the intel box was already broken, manual/paperwork missing and the CPU itself shows noticeable signs of wear.The plus side is this item was at a competitive price, it did include the stock CPU fan and the shipping was fast. I just hope it works once I get my power supply in to build the computer.

Recommend if on a budget if not don’t buy
ok... that is a little bit harsh if you are looking for something to lightly game on or every day activities then yes but if you are a graphic designer or something that takes a-lot then you might be better off somewhere else.
I bought this it didn't come with the power cable but they got it shipped to me in no time.
