Kettlebell workouts saved my life

Nice handle that is easy to grip. This is my fourth Yes4All kettlebell. I currently have a 35 lb., 40 lb., 45 lb., and 50 lb. Yes4All kettlebell that I have acquired over the years as my strength has increased. I can literally say that the kettlebell workouts saved my life! I was ejected off of a 15-foot A-frame ladder by tree limb that catastrophically broke while I was trimming a tree last year. I suffered two brain bleeds, all of my ribs (front and back) were broken, all of the transverse processes on my vertebrae were broken, and I fractured my right acetabulum. With the exception of the acetabulum (which required reconstruction and a plate), all of my bones stayed in-place and aligned due to my superior core strength. The doctors directly attributed my core strength and overall fast recovery to the kettlebell workouts I had been performing for years prior to the accident. They said that if I hadn't been working out, my outcome could have been quite different. I heartily endorse kettlebell training and believe the Yes4All kettlebells are the best value for the price.
