Powerful

It has some good power and is relatively quiet. The door motor does add a bit of noise upon on and off....but I like it. Moves the air out when I need to...but is not an opening to the outside when off because the door closes automatically..

Easy Install.

We had an older model but could not get it working when we moved. Not enough voltage in our new system. I called the company and asked which of their alerts was the most basic and easiest to install. He said the UTA-1. I went to Ebay...bought one...plugged it in..and voila!
