Unknown treasures around the house

We have found several item around the house that turned out to have a significant value. One was a small plastic Santa that we bought at a flea market for $12.00 and found in the book with a value of $165.00. and our set of 5 Santa's helpers runs around $300. to 350.00. I consider the book a good investment.

Needed a carburetor for a pressure washer someone was throwing out. Found this one on eBay, the price was excellent and the shipping fast. A week and $14.00 later I had a 4000 psi power washer . The carb came with everything needed for easy installation. I adjusted the fuel mixture and found it was already set for best performance.

Anyone can play

This is a great game to play for any age. It can be played for 5 minutes or for several hours. No skill required. The case is about as big as a deck of cards. And we usually take Pass the Pigs and the deck of cards with us when we travel and that covers all the bases. We have played with the same set for 15 years. And usually when we play at someone's house they wind up buying their own.
