Disappointed in quality; no arch support
You are better off buying an orthotic insole from a company like Pro-foot or similar brand-name. These are low quality and offer no arch support.

A bit more bulky than I anticipated; ok for nightstand use
There are better (more slim) options out there for travel, but the clock is easy to read and instructions are clear. OK in a pinch.
