good stuff

Been using this for few years at our previous house. Recently added two sets in the new place. Best part? I flip the lights upside down to get nice indirect flood light without getting blind. One thing to remember when working with Led bulbs: electronic transformer needs at least 10W load to start.

Pity it was discontinued by VW

I prefer these Euro rubber mats over mk5 monster mats which were made of some plastic and wearing out much quicker. Sure Euro rubber ones cannot handle as much mud and water. But if you operate in such conditions that these are insufficient, I would recommend aftermarket all weather mats. Having said that these Euro rubber mats wear out as well. I am probably on a 3rd set (after 2 sets of monster mats) in my 12-yr old 2006 Jetta. Unfortunately it is probably the last one since VW decided to discontinue them. What a shame.
