  No reply to a message attached with purchase, took 7 days to arrive (excl purchase day), ad stated Mon / Tue, arrived Wed, hole wasn't in the middle like the other 2 I bought from this seller so had to pay the welder to come out again and grind the side, as the same padlock I used for the other 2 wouldn't go on. Submitted a £22 offer for another one (£1 below repeat ad), stating these problems which was declined with no reply at all, he has now put the prices up on these products overnight!

  8 days after purchasing still at Hermes depot closest to seller, seller accused me of having a dodgy relationship with Hermes delivery man because I know him when the goods are still hundreds of miles away. Under no circumstances trust this seller, do not do business with them unless you want insults and no goods. Complete and utter waste of time money and energy.

  customer was offered replacement or refund straight away accused me of not sending item after i sent proof of sending very very ill mannered person dont deal with stay well away .
