Lever Breaks Off
The lever that turns the water on/off is very poorly designed. Instead of being a solid piece of plastic, it is very thin, weak and breaks when dropped on the ground after you shut off the water and drop the hose. Already went through 3 of these in the first week. When the lever breaks, you can see the bottom side and it is not solid plastic but very thin and carved-out on the inside. The most critical piece is the weakest link. A total waste of money.
