I like the pretty red lighted numbers you can adjust with the pushy buttons too.
Has 100 steps so if using a 5500 Watt heating element, for example, you get increments of 55 watts (55w x 100 = 5500w) For my application in making beer this increment is adequate.

Blinky Lights
It measures and adjust my temperatures with magical blinky lights and numbers on the front. Works well to keep 1000 gallons of water at 70F regardless of weather. Will do more than you expect.
