  The EnttecODEMk2 that I bought from this seller was bad. I explained 3X that I had a pro networking team looking at it on our network and it was not responsive. I also spoke with Tech support at Enttec and shared them saying that the unit is not recoverable. The seller approved return, but no return shipping label was provided. Ebay looked at the case and agreed that I should return the item but still the link for printing the label doesn t work. So, I m out $262. BS

  The item is not defective. The issue is with the buyer's network environment. Whatever "pro" team he had working on it is clearly not qualified to have given their opinion on this issue. In addition, the buyer stopped responding to messages, stopped communicating and instead opened a customer service case which made the whole process much more difficult. Didn't even wait until the process was complete to leave this erroneous feedback.
