Batteries are broken. Support does not respond after the replacement.

The FPB goggle looks like new. The controller has some scratches and the battery seems only holds around 97%. The drone has some scratches and the scratches are even on the camera head. However, it works fine. The problem is the battery. It charges for 40 minutes then starts to blink red. Unplug the power then replug back then changing to solid green. Check the battery it only holds for 91%. Contacted the support they sent me another battery. It has the same problem and only holds 86%. Contact them again then no response anymore.

Simple stuff but can't make it right

Too thick to fit. Once you install them, it's like impossible to remove them. The weight is too much so my quadcopter can not even fly up. The white ones are lighter so when you install them with other color blades, it can't fly up but can just move in one direction.
