Great power source for 5V battery-operated projects.
3xAlkaline AA batteries make this a great power source for those 5V circuits. Having the 9V battery socket on top makes it easy to turn your project on and off. I'll probably buy a few more of these. I didn't realize that the 3 alkalines were so close to 5v (I thought it would be closer to 3.6V, but fresh ones start out at over 4.6V).

Seems to work, but really old.
This battery was manufactured in 2010- it's 9 years old! Average lifetime of a Lithium battery is 2 years. I expect I'll by testing out the 1 year warranty...
It came with 29% charge, so there's some life to it. And the package appears to be factory sealed. But boy is it old!

Cheap but dark
1 of 1 found this helpful Definitely of lower quality than the original, my screen is nowhere near as bright. Additionally, some of the touches in the corners are difficult to make.
In short: You get what you pay for. This is a cheap unit with quality to match. It's probably similar to every other $30 unit out there.
That said, it's much easier to install than replacing a cracked glass. And it works.
