I highly recommend it especially for a party or get together!

We often have haupia pudding here in Hawaii and you cannot go to a luau and not see it. This past weekend my mainland high school had a luau and I was ready to take a couple packages of this mix in my luggage but could not find enough (Costco in Kona sometimes carries it). I ordered 2 bags here and food services at the school prepared it. At the luau, many people had no idea what it was but as I encouraged them to try it, they caught on. Some had pieces as large as a t-bone steak! I wanted to get shredded coconut to put on top but ran out of time. This product is easy to make and had a nice light coconut taste to it. Many people went for seconds and third helpings.

Works Fine!

Works fine. I was upgrading my Win7 box because my cable-provided network speed now exceds the 100 Mbs that the motherbaord (Built-in LAN) supports. At first I could not get the card's gateway to stay. However I found a setting on my old LAN connection which I had to disable involving disabling Virtualbox. This is not something that other buyers will see as I run a non-standard system. So I expect others will have no problems getting this to work.
