Works great, for a few months
1 of 1 found this helpful Design of downlead box requires a staking of the contacts to 4 aluminum rods. Box is not sealed, only held with 4 plastic tabs, is thin warped plastic and leaks to elements and insects. My antenna lasted less than a year before surface mounted components and board corroded. Contact with Winegard told me it is only covered for 90 days. That tells a lot that a manufacturer will only warranty a passive item for such a short time.New box is another $25, Winegard says you are on your own. Very common problem with this antenna. Now in the recycling pile.

Original much better
This is not the original product by LC. Package and bottle is mfg by EA and fragrance is not what you could get years ago.

Not as advertised
Whoever wrote previous reviews should be held accountable for fraud. This plastic, 3D generated piece of plastic does not work in any way. It is too thick to adequately engage the spring, being plastic it flexes, and the edges are sharp enough to hurt your hand when you try to use. There are two adjustments and the longer one keeps slipping into the shorter due to a sloppy rivet design and a flexing piece. On top of this the length is just barely long enough to use. DO NOT THINK ABOUT THIS FOR YOUR TOOL BOX !!!
