I'm going neutral as we had some issue with the packaging, as it resulted in the item being shaken apart in transit. That's also why I had to rate the item description as a 3 since I cannot attest to that category. HOWEVER, the seller was extremely responsive when notified of the issue and promptly compensated to resolve the issue - for which I am grateful. It'd assume lesson learned for future shipments.
