Perfect Solution for Me
2 of 2 found this helpful I needed a network/HDMI capable audio receiver with multi-channel analog inputs & outputs. It seems that only the combination of HDMI inputs and a Bluray player reading from USB can deliver HI-DEF Multi-Channel FLAC files to my big electrostatic speakers. This used 2010 unit has provided me with all the functionality of the newest ONKYOs (except onboard Bluetooth and WiFi) at a fraction of the price. Given the high rate of HDMI Board heat failures on this particular vintage, I had worried about reliability but ONKYO confirmed the Seller’s testimony that it had been refurbished. The unit arrived very well packed and has been in nearly continuous operation for several weeks while I’ve worked my way deep into the configuration. Thanks for an honest and trouble-free transaction.
