revised opinion ----
I expected more of a guided meditation rather than just music/sounds. There is no indication of when it is moving through the chakras -- at least to the relatively unschooled in this area. I was looking for more assistance with the process . Now after reading more about the CD and the fact that each section is 10 minutes long, it has helped me to focus more . I am relatively new to meditation and usually find it difficult to sit for more than a few minutes. I can easily stay focused for the length of the CD and find the sounds quite relaxing.
