  I highly recommend this seller, I have been a Mercedes Benz Technician for over 13 years and with the current situation of new EIS from Mercedes Benz being unavailable and on back order for possibly over 6 months. I decided to give this a try on my personal Mercedes with a faulty EIS, I sent it out and within two Business days after myshopny received my faulty EIS with key, It was on it way back to me. I just put it in today and it’s currently working like new.

  Absolutely horrible! Says 1-2 business days for turn around. My Customers ignition was gone for 21 days. I sent a message that he never replied to and when my office tried to call for an ETA he was rude and even hung up on her. Would never use this service again. I would advise finding a different source.

  I sent my item in for repair and a few days later the seller told me it was processing, parts were on back order, then waited a few more days (more like two weeks) and nothing, called the seller back and he came just short of accusing me of antagonizing him, then a few days later the mail delivered my package back to me, turns out it had gotten lost in the mail while this guy was telling me stories about it being on back order and stuff. I got a refund alright, but still.
