  Blu-rays were not even watched once. So not sure why there were scratches. Item was mailed on or prior to the ship date given by eBay. As for the plastic spindle being broken that happened in shipping. Was packed well for being media mail. Buyer never messaged me with any concerns prior to shipment or after receiving shipment. Check my feedback rating of 100. You can’t please everyone. Enjoy your item.

  Sorry I was not clear in my review- I meant the case was scratched not the Blu-rays.("But the condition of 'like new' didn't match the product that arrive-was in good cond't w/scratches, but broken case inside- see pictures. Otherwise I'm please with the purchase")
