I ordered 12 Satco light bulbs 11 of them in good condition and one was broken into pieces I don't expect any refund. was wrap in bubble
but if it was wrap in bubble wrap instead of paper there would not be a broken bulb,for the future that would be a
better idea. It really protects your items when you mail them out.
