Does what it was designed to do
The cart worked exactly as described, is fully adjustable for height and width, rolls easily over uneven terrain.

Nice for storage of small items
Nice size for longer cell phones and netting on sides for small items. Good storage under phone for pocket items.

Full Mobility - Highly Visible
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this vest for night-time bicycling. It allows full mobility for unrestricted movement. The straps are very wide enhancing visibility and during the day, can be reversed for highly visible fluorescent yellow straps.
