good quality
This cookie sheet is the right size for baking cookies, etc. It is sturdy and won't warp, which is a great benefit. It also matches another one that was given to me awhile back, which I like.

2017 Pocket Calendar
Although this is a bit larger than I'm used to carrying in my purse I really have to smile when I looked through the pages at the cheerful illustrations. I'm very happy with it.

How can it be gluten free?
I truly appreciate all the time and effort the team made in testing each of the entries included in this book. The testers tell why the recipes work as well what substitutions are best. The pictures are great to illustrate what is being discussed. This cookbook is the first one I have read cover to cover and use as a reference.
