Great & motivating workout for those getting back into an exercise routine
I have tried and failed at buying exercise videos - mostly because it was too fast paced and complicated to keep up with or the instructor was too annoying or militant. But so far, as I've only done the Level 1 workout of this video, I love it! Valerie is pleasant and it's almost like working out with a friend. The training is simplistic so far but absolutely effective. I highly recommend this video for those easing back into a workout routine. I use it in conjunction with the treadmill for a really good workout.

Cheap looking
Even though this bracelet is inexpensive, it is not worth it. The faces are distorted, not nearly as clear as the picture shows. Also, it feels heavy but cheap. Even as a token stocking gift, this was not worth the money spent.
