Shocked by brightness, quality and ruggedness
I bought these to add to my riding mower so that I don't have to stop at dusk. The alternator is really small, so wanted wattage that was equal or less to stock lights. I am blown away by how nice the lights are. If I had one complaint, which it's no big deal. I wish it came with a longer wire, so I wouldn't have to splice in extra. But the price would probably have to be higher. I would have paid a couple bucks extra for a longer wire.

Out of the box, did not work.
1 of 1 found this helpful I knew what I was getting myself into as I've purchased an ide version of this cheap connector. Out of the box, it did not work at all and it wasn't a software/driver issue. I opened up the casing and there were some terrible solder joints shorting diodes and resistors. The seller would have most likely sent a new one, but I didn't have the time. Resoldered a few things, and it worked. If you've got time and or know-how around a circuit board it works great when properly working.

Simply amazed at what $45 bought.
This system just works. Installed 64-bit Debian 9 on it to use as a tv pc to replace the worthless roku and "smart" functions of my blue ray and TV. In that application, a dvi/hdmi adapter will not transmit audio. Though the onboard graphics GPU is satisfactory for 1080 video, I needed audio over the hdmi as my TV will not let me use hdmi with a different audio source. Not to mention I want digital audio. So, I am awaiting a Zotac GT 730 which will solve both of those problems. I replaced the hard drive as I needed something bigger, but the original had a few bad sectors. Bump up the ram(I ordered 4gb more), replace the HD and put another video card and this system is unbeatable for the total price.
