not an improvement
3 of 3 found this helpful I had used the bulkier lotus and was pretty happy with them despite their size. This version is more smaller and more discreet, but squeals so bad that my friends can hear it. Haven't figured out how to remove the squeal and get enough power. Disappointed to say the least.

Good on the cheap
2 of 2 found this helpful Had to replace my Costco hearing aids ($1700). Tried the Siemens on a lark and while they do not have the features, I hear JUST as well with them. Very happy to pocket the bucks.
