  Buyer beware! Terrible seller and experience. Seller sold a defective item. After contacting the seller, they offered to keep at a discount. As the item didn't work, we asked for a full refund. The seller finally refunded. Although seemingly resolved, the seller demanded that the item must be returned in its original packaging (to resell?). Without original packaging, the seller escalated "I am contacting eBay as you are in violation of eBay rules and the return policy." Horrible interaction!
