HARD COVER VINTAGE WOOD FOR HUAWEI P9 PLUS DARK BROWN CASE BACK SHELL BUMPER
    May 11, 2017
    Hardwood?
I wish it was hardwood, the covering quickly scuffed up as it is too soft. The protection is sound though as the plastic base protects the phone. It looks great until the white foam pokes through.
    Andrews Liver Salts - 150 g

    Grrr packaging/plop/fizz/burp
Where do I start? The salts work brilliantly, the packaging is a poor partner. We used to get a perfect round tin where you popped off the lid and could get two heaped teaspoons into the glass, stir and drink it while still fizzing; no more. Now you get a strange squashed plastic carton that is difficult to get a normal teaspoon in without knocking off some of the heaped salts. Do GlaxoSmithKline realise making it tricky to get a full heaped spoonful they sell less salts? Having a squashed carton makes for more space in the warehouse/truck/supermarket shelves but alienating the very people you are trying to sell to isn't the way forward. To rub salt into the wound (ouch), there is nowhere on the plastic carton that says it is biodegradable? Is it? Can you be sure there are no microplastic particles from the packaging in the salts as it has been found that over 10,000 microplastics have been found in bottled water and that that have been found stored in the kidneys and liver. The tin packaging we once had eliminates all that, and it is realised that it is cheaper to use plastic, but at what cost? A way round this is to use rolled cardboard tubes the same way salt is marketed, salt is much the same in that it is a powder that has to be kept dry and free running and with metal end caps, perfectly safe and very easy to get a heaped normal teaspoon quickly into the glass of water. Use your sense, sell more salts.
