Broken and missing screws
1 of 1 found this helpful I love titan fitness. Im always buying from them. But this felt like I got ripped off. The box can damaged and with clear tape scattered everywhere. After opening the box i see the foam grip, for the handles, ripped and fell off. Second, you need 8 bolts 8 washers and 8 nuts. I only received 4 bolts 2 washers and 2 nuts. It wont hold with those just 4 bolts. And shipping this huge box will be a mission with a small vehicle. I had to go to home depot to get the necessary items that were missing. Plus, the page doesnt say what size bolts. So prepare to be buying your bolts and hoping its the right size. You failed on this one titan fitness! I super glued the rubber piece that was fallen off the handle. And the paper says 1 bar for base. But you need 2!
