Fantastic remote
This is an awesome little plug and play remote it worked right away on my Windows 10 laptop and Macbook.

Excellent inexpensive upgrade!
Was able to breath new life in HP Pavilion DV2000 by going from a 1.6ghz to this 2.2ghz.

A cheap fix
I purchased a water damaged Macbook Air and got it up and running with a few parts like a new keyboard. One day when plugging the power chord in, the screen went dark and it wouldn't charge the battery, so I took it apart and cleaned the power board with rubbing alcohol which fixed it for a few weeks until the issue happened again, so I purchased this in hopes it would resolve the issue and low & behold, it has fixed the issue! I had read online that people were saying to you had to replaced the motherboard when this issue occurred but so far this is all I needed. Hope this helps.
