Nice urban fantasy/paranormal romance series

I pretty much love all of Patricia Briggs' books. This is #2 in the Mercy Thompson/werewolf series and I was happy to get it as an audiobook to listen to on long trips.

An excellent series of sci fi

I read this 4 book series years ago. David Weber and John Ringo have written an excellent sci fi series. Good characters, good plot with lots of action and aliens. As a reader, you get invested in the lives of the both the humans and the aliens. The audiobooks are equally good. The reader makes the characters distinctive enough that you can follow the conversations easily. And he does the reading with plenty of inflection, making the book come alive.

Very nice story and good narration

I have enjoyed all of the Ilona Andrews books and have picked up the audiobooks whenever I find them. This is a side shoot off the Kate Daniels series and stands alone very well, although some additional knowledge of the plot lines and characters from the series would be a plus. The narrator does a very good job of creating voice distinctions between the characters, too. I enjoyed the audiobook a lot and would recommend it.
