1 of 2 found this helpful This bracelet has 4 magnets on each side totaling 8, not 12 as pictured. So I'm disappointed in that regard. I slept with this on, my wrist is small so I've made it as small as I can and it fits snug up my forearm. Even so, it seemed to help a little with my stiff hand this morning. I can at least touch the tops of my fingers to my thumb without as much pain. I'm going to keep wearing it
