False advertising, incorrect labeling
label indicates 500mg/capsule When weighed on a microgram scale the actual contents in the capsule are ONLY 300-330mg and the powder has an excipient of rice flour. How much glutathione is in this capsule is questionable - maybe only 100mg of the 300? Weigh the powder contents of your capsules and you will see that what I am saying is true.

Did it once and got rid of it
prefer stott pilates, core fusion, and others. I find "element" series are more about offering a dvd for a face/personality than for the quality of guidance and instruction and value of the workout.

LOVE THIS ATTACHMENT
Needed a solution because my expensive one broke and didn't want to pay $130 to replace the one I had. I decided I would get this until I could get the other one repaired. This is so great I don't even know if I will fix the other one! It is wide enough to cover decent area, rolls nice, each to maneuver with the swivel which isn't too loose but not too tight. I LOVE THIS ATTACHMENT
