Perfect solution for my problem
My 2014 Ford Expedition Sync multi-media sound system has a weird setup. When playing Bluray or DVDs from the dash unit, it plays through all speakers and sounds great, that is until you put it in Drive and the dash screen goes blank for safety purposes. If you play a movie in the headrest players, it can only be heard via headphones. So with this little jewel, I can use either of the headrest players and send the audio via FM frequency to my dash radio and play sound on all speakers.

It does what it is supposed to
It is one of the few coax splitters that splits the signal and amplifies it back up to original signal strength. I used it to split my OTA antenna and share to each room in the house. House was prewired with coax.
