trouble with the 2 fixing plugs and screws.
It took me over an hour to try to drill the two holes to fix it to the wall. if the drill wanders a tiny bit you can't get both screws in through the supporting plate. When this happens you struggle to get it horizontal on the wall.
it would be a lot easer if there was only one larger fixing screw, perhaps with a washer. You could then twist the box mechanism to be exactly square on the wall.
