Decent garage fan but I preferred to use a wired controller.
Fan was not too bad to install and performed well, but I did extra framing since the instruction had the fan attached to only one rafter and resting otherwise on the ceiling sheetrock, which I deem inadequate. I also used sound installation where attached to rafters and sheetrock.
The flapper above the grate does not seem to open and close well. This is not a problem since in the summer there is no harm in leaving it open and in winter I can keep it closed. Perhaps in mounting the grate there is some stress on the flapper.
I used a wired controller rather than the included wireless controller. This eliminated batteries. Furthermore I did not like the remote. If one wants to turn it off after the timer expires, one has to hit the timer button 6 times (ugh). I replaced the wireless controller with a wired one which has the same number of count down timers but also a separate off button ($20 online). The wiring at the ban box is simple. However, running wire down the wall to a controller and to a power source may be simple or difficult depending upon you house situation.

Works perfectly for my Bosch MRF23 router
Fits well including lots of accessories. Pricy though.
